As I previewed last month, Work in Progress launched in early December to address what we perceived as an unmet need for a hands-on convening of leaders across sectors with the collective objective of crafting a framework to measure our progress toward the “future of work”.
The term has remained just as vague and elusive as when it surfaced during the pandemic. And while there is little doubt that the workplace (and the workforce within it) is drastically changing, the question remains of how intentionally we can and should shape it to build a more dynamic workforce where work is more accessible, fulfilling and adaptable to the needs of the humans seeking it.
Today, we are proud to be unveiling the highlight video of our inaugural Work in Progress convening and sharing the insights from all contributing leaders in this report.
From its inception and now more than ever, FullCircle has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to challenging the seemingly pre-deterministic choices many of us make, feeling bound by outdated education, financial, and health systems that limit our individual and collective potential. I have never been more determined to challenge our assumptions to uncover what’s possible. The future of a human-centric, prosperous, equitable and sustainable world depends upon us coming together to intentionally design it.
We hope Work in Progress is an active positive contribution toward this important work and invite you to join us in any way that is relevant and compelling to you. As always, if you are a founder iterating on innovative solutions related to our working thesis and pillars of work evolution, please email me here and/or fill out this form. We look forward to hearing from you!
