Special Edition: Work in Progress at Responsive
When we launched Work in Progress (WIP) at the end of 2024, just like when I launched FullCircle in 2021, we believed deeply that meaningful change happens through collaboration. We still do.
Our mission to design a future of work that serves both human flourishing and organizational success requires us to amplify our impact and engage stakeholders across sectors and disciplines. That’s why we were especially proud to share this first collaborative edition of WIP at Responsive Conference.
This report reflects the conversations, insights, and collective wisdom that emerged when our community came together at Responsive. It builds upon our prior two reports and contributes toward developing the framework and success metrics for a new era of work, intentionally and collaboratively crafted at the intersection of technological innovation and human flourishing.
As we gather our community throughout the year at other mission-aligned events, we plan on compiling the insights captured from energizing discussions and the bold ideas that emerge from them. Because when we go together, we go further and faster.
